Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated ActsDespite any other provision of this Act or of another Territory law, it is lawful for a member of the staff of the facility to provide, at the facility, sterile equipment to another person for use by the other person, at the facility, to self-administer a substance, if the other person—
(a) agrees to return the equipment after use for safe disposal; and
(b) unless the member of the staff knows, or reasonably believes, that the other person has previously administered a substance to himself or herself—the other person has been offered counselling or rehabilitation or medical services at the facility.
