Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person is not entitled to charge a fee in relation to a security activity unless the person is, or was, authorised to carry on the activity by a licence.
(2) If a person charges a fee in contravention of this section, the fee cannot be sued for, recovered or kept by the person.
