SECURITY INDUSTRY ACT 2003 - SECT 46

    (1)     The Minister may give written directions to master licensees about the taking out of insurance, or the adoption of risk management plans.

    (2)     A direction is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
