SECURITY INDUSTRY ACT 2003 - SECT 45

    (1)     A person who holds a master licence commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person employs a person to carry on a security activity; and

        (b)     the employee is not licensed to carry on the security activity.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
