SECURITY INDUSTRY ACT 2003 - SECT 38

Contravention of licence conditions

    (1)     A licensee commits an offence if the licensee contravenes a condition of the licence.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
