Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The commissioner for fair trading may, by written notice given to an applicant for a licence, or for variation of a licence, require the applicant to give the commissioner additional stated information or documents that the commissioner reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) The commissioner need not decide an application unless the applicant complies with the requirement.
