Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For the exercise of the registrar's functions, the registrar may, in writing, ask a relevant person to give the registrar any details held by the person about an address of a stated person who is liable to pay a fine imposed by the Supreme Court.
(2) The relevant person must comply with the request as far as practicable.
(3) In this section:
"relevant person" means—
(a) the chief police officer; or
(b) the housing commissioner; or
(c) the chief executive (however described) of a government agency.
