Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The President is responsible for ensuring the orderly and expeditious discharge of the business of the Court of Appeal, including the making of arrangements for the judge or judges who are to constitute the Court of Appeal in particular matters or classes of matters.
(2) The President must exercise the functions given under this section subject to such consultation with the Chief Justice (unless the Chief Justice is the President) and the other judges as is appropriate and practicable.
