SUPREME COURT ACT 1933 - SECT 10

    (1)     For the purposes of the exercise of jurisdiction given to the registrar under the rules, this Act has effect as if the court consisted of the judges and the registrar.

    (2)     In this section:

"registrar" includes a deputy registrar.
