STOCK ACT 2005 - SECT 42

Offence—allowing stock to trespass

A person commits an offence if—

        (a)     the person engages in conduct reckless about whether stock may trespass; and

        (b)     as a result of the conduct, stock trespasses.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
