STOCK ACT 2005 - SECT 26

Placement of permanent brands

    (1)     A person commits an offence if the person applies a permanent brand to large stock in a way that contravenes a regulation.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.

    (2)     An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
