Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The chief executive may ask the applicant to give the chief executive additional information or a document that the chief executive reasonably needs to decide the application.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the chief executive may refuse to consider the application further.
