ROAD TRANSPORT (VEHICLE REGISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 32

In any Act or document, a reference to the Motor Traffic Act 1936 or the Motor Traffic Regulations 1934 is, in relation to anything to which this Act applies, a reference to this Act.

Note      A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act (see Legislation Act 2001 , s 104).
