Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The approved operator carrying out a breath analysis shall take all steps that are reasonably practicable to ensure that it is not readily apparent to members of the public that the breath analysis is being carried out.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the breath analysis is carried out at a police station.
