Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The administering authority for an infringement notice offence may delegate the authority's functions under this part to—
(a) the road transport authority; or
(b) a person prescribed by regulation; or
(c) a person who is an authorised person under section 19.

(2) A person mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) may delegate functions delegated to the person under subsection (1) to anyone else.
