ROAD TRANSPORT (GENERAL) ACT 1999 - SECT 1

This Act is the Road Transport (General) Act 1999 .

Note 1     This Act is part of the road transport legislation. It provides for the administration and enforcement of the road transport legislation generally.

Note 2     Other road transport legislation includes the following:

              •     Road Transport (Alcohol and Drugs) Act 1977

              •     Road Transport (Dimensions and Mass) Act 1990

              •     Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Act 1999
