PROHIBITED WEAPONS ACT 1996 - SECT 4K

    (1)     The Minister may make guidelines about the making of a decision by the registrar under section 4L.

    (2)     The registrar must comply with any guidelines under this section.

    (3)     A guideline is a disallowable instrument.

Note     A disallowable instrument must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act.
