PROHIBITED WEAPONS ACT 1996 - SECT 13

If a permit is cancelled or expires, the person to whom it was issued shall within 7 days of that cancellation or expiry, surrender it to the registrar.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
