PEST PLANTS AND ANIMALS ACT 2005 - SECT 3

The main objects of this Act are—

        (a)     to protect the ACT's land and aquatic resources from threats from pest plants and animals; and

        (b)     to promote a strategic and sustainable approach to pest management; and

        (c)     to identify pest plants and animals; and

        (d)     to manage pest plants and animals.
