Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the Supreme Court makes an order under this part confirming (whether completely or in part) the power of an attorney to do an act under a power of attorney.
(2) Any act done by the attorney after the order
takes effect that is within the scope of the power confirmed is taken to be as
valid for all purposes and between all people as if, when the order took
effect, the principal did not have impaired decision-making capacity and had
confirmed the power of attorney to the extent of the order of confirmation.
