PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE ACT 1994 - SECT 3A

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, declare that a body is or is not a Territory instrumentality for this Act.

    (2)     A declaration is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
