Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person to whom a prohibition notice has been issued shall cause a copy of that notice to be displayed, and to be kept displayed, so as to be readily visible to persons entering each premises specified in the notice by way of any public entrance to those premises.
(2) A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, contravene subsection (1).
Maximum penalty (subsection (2)): 10 penalty units.
