PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 57

A person to whom an improvement notice is issued shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the notice.

Maximum penalty:

        (a)     for a person who is not a utility—100 penalty units; or

        (b)     for a utility—2 000 penalty units.
