Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A registered person (except a person whose registration is suspended), and a person to whom it is proposed to transfer the registration, may jointly apply for approval of the transfer.
(2) The application must be accompanied by the registration certificate.
Note 1 A fee may determined under s 137 (Determination of fees) for this section.
Note 2 If a form is approved under s 137A (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.
(3) The Minister may, by written notice, require the proposed transferee to provide stated additional information about the application.
