Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A person may apply to the Minister for registration to carry on a registrable public health risk activity.
Note 1 A fee may determined under s 137 (Determination of fees) for this section.
Note 2 If a form is approved under s 137A (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.
(2) The Minister may, by written notice, require the applicant to provide stated additional information about the application.
