Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must keep a register of registrable public health risk activities (the activity register) showing the following information for each activity:
(a) the nature of the activity, and whether the activity is location-specific;
(b) the date of its declaration under section 18;
(c) if the declaration is varied—the date and nature of the variation;
(d) if the declaration is revoked—the date of revocation.
(2) The register may be kept in electronic form.
(3) The Minister must ensure that the register is available for public inspection (at no cost) during normal business hours on business days.
