PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 43

    (1)     A person may apply to the Minister for a licence to perform a public health risk procedure.

    (2)     An application must—

        (a)     be signed by the applicant; and

        (b)     state the public health risk procedure.

Note 1     A fee may determined under s 137 (Determination of fees) for this section.

Note 2     If a form is approved under s 137A (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.
