PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 42

Activity licence—return of defunct licences

The holder of an activity licence that has been suspended or cancelled shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the Minister within 7 days after the date of effect of the suspension or cancellation.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
