Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of an activity licence (except a licence that is under suspension) and a person to whom it is proposed to transfer the licence may jointly apply for the transfer of the licence.
(2) An application must be—
(a) signed by each joint applicant; and
(b) accompanied by the licence.
Note 1 A fee may determined under s 137 (Determination of fees) for this section.
Note 2 If a form is approved under s 137A (Approved forms) for an application, the form must be used.
(3) The Minister may, by written notice, require the proposed transferee to provide specified further information in writing about the application.
