PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 35

Activity licence—return for endorsement of variation

    (1)     The holder of an activity licence that has been varied shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the licence to the Minister within 7 days after the date of effect of the variation.

Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.

    (2)     As soon as practicable after the return of a licence under subsection (1), the Minister shall endorse the variation on the licence and return it to the licensee.
