Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The holder of an activity licence may, before the expiration of the term of the licence, apply to the Minister for its renewal.
(2) An application for the renewal of an activity licence must be in writing signed by the licensee.
Note A fee may determined under s 137 (Determination of fees) for this section.
(3) On application under this section, the Minister shall renew the licence for a period of the same length as the current term of the licence.
(4) A suspended activity licence may be renewed, but the renewal does not result in the suspension being lifted.
