PUBLIC HEALTH ACT 1997 - SECT 11

The chief health officer may delegate a function under any of the following Acts to a person:

        (a)     this Act;

        (b)     the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989 ;

        (c)     the Food Act 2001 ;

        (d)     the Medicines, Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 2008 .
