Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to the property vested in the trust under section 8, the trust may hold property in the ACT on trust for any purpose, activity or institution of the Church whether within or outside Australia, or in any way connected with the Church.
(2) Property vested in the trust under subsection (1) shall be held, and may be dealt with, in accordance with the provisions of this Act as if that property were property that had vested in the trust under section 8.
