Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Act, public baths shall be open to members of the public on such days and between such times as the Minister determines.
(2) The Minister may cause any public baths to be closed at any time for the purpose of cleansing or repairing the baths or for any other reason which the Minister thinks sufficient.
