Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister, if he or she thinks it necessary or desirable so to do, may, by a notice exhibited in a prominent place in the vicinity of any waters in a public place, prohibit bathing in those waters.
(2) A person shall not bathe in waters in which bathing is prohibited under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
