PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING ACT 1956 - SECT 14

No sale or hire without Minister's approval

A person shall not, without the approval of the Minister, sell or hire, or offer for sale or hire, in any public baths, any article.

Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
