Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must present to the Legislative Assembly, not later than 5 sitting days after the day the Minister approves a plan variation, copies of each the following:
(a) the plan variation;
(b) the background papers relating to the variation;
(c) any report mentioned in section 78 (3) or (4).
(2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 77 (Minister may revoke approval of draft plan variations before presentation).
(3) If a plan variation is not presented to the Legislative Assembly in accordance with subsection (1), the plan variation does not come into effect.
