Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Territory must pay to the land agency the reasonable net cost of complying with a direction under section 37.
(2) The amount payable under subsection (1) is the amount agreed between the land agency and the Treasurer or, failing agreement, the amount decided by the Chief Minister.
