PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 10

Establishment of authority

    (1)     The Planning and Land Authority is established.

    (2)     The planning and land authority—

        (a)     is a body corporate; and

        (b)     must have a seal.

    (3)     The chief planning executive is the planning and land authority.
