Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, determine fees and charges for this Act.
Note The Legislation Act 2001 contains provisions about the making of determinations and regulations relating to fees and charges (see pt 6.3).
(2) A determination is a disallowable instrument.
