Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An oath to be taken by a person who is to interpret statements in a proceeding made by means of signs shall be in accordance with the form of oath specified in schedule 4.
(2) Where a person who is to interpret statements in a proceeding made by means of signs is entitled or required to make an affirmation instead of taking an oath, the affirmation shall be in accordance with the form of affirmation specified in schedule 4.
