Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If the ombudsman decides that it would be more appropriate for a complaint to be investigated by any of the following entities, the ombudsman must refer the complaint to the entity:
(a) the commissioner for the environment;
(b) the human rights commission;
(c) the public advocate.
(2) If a complaint is referred to an entity, the ombudsman must give the entity the relevant documents and information about the complaint.
