Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) This Act does not apply to an agency in relation to functions exercised by it as an agent for AER or NEMMCO under the national electricity rules.
(2) In this section:
"AER "means the Australian Energy Regulator under the National Electricity (ACT) Law.
"national electricity rules" means the national electricity rules approved under the National Electricity (ACT) Law, section 6.
"NEMMCO—"see the National Electricity (ACT) Law.
