OMBUDSMAN ACT 1989 - SECT 37

    (1)     The Minister may, in writing, determine—

        (a)     fees and expenses payable to witnesses appearing before the ombudsman; or

        (b)     matters connected with those fees and expenses.

    (2)     A determination is a notifiable instrument.

Note     A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001 .
