OMBUDSMAN ACT 1989 - SECT 35

A person shall not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse—

        (a)     to attend before the ombudsman; or

        (b)     to be sworn or make an affirmation; or

        (c)     to provide information; or

        (d)     to answer a question or produce a document or record;

when so required under this Act.

Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
