NOTARIES PUBLIC ACT 1984 - SECT 4

A person is eligible for appointment as a notary public if the person—

        (a)     holds a current unrestricted practising certificate; and

        (b)     is competent to act as a notary public; and

        (c)     is of good fame and character.
