Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In any proceeding in a court, a certificate signed by the registrar stating that on a date or dates or during a period specified in the certificate the name of a person specified in the certificate was or was not entered on the roll is evidence of the matters so stated.
(2) For subsection (1), a document that purports to have been signed by the registrar must be taken to have been so signed unless the contrary is proved.
