NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 62

The Executive may, on the recommendation of the council, make regulations for this Act.

Note      Regulations must be notified, and presented to the Legislative Assembly, under the Legislation Act 2001 .
