Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts Australian Capital Territory Consolidated Acts(1) A report prepared by the service corporation under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth), section 9 shall also contain such other information as is required by the council to be included in the report.
(2) A copy of each report and of each set of
financial statements given to the Commonwealth Minister under the Commonwealth
Authorities and Companies Act 1997 (Cwlth), section 9 shall also be given to
each of the other members of the council as soon as practicable after the end
of the financial year to which they relate.
