NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 52

    (1)     There is payable to the service corporation such money as is appropriated by the Legislative Assembly for the purposes of the corporation.

    (2)     The Treasurer may give directions about the amounts in which, and the times at which, money payable under subsection (1) is to be paid to the corporation.
